  • Do you have ready made cakes?
    We have a rotational selection of whole cakes available daily at our outlets. You may drop us a whatsapp to check what is available, or simply walk-in to purchase. You may also like to reserve the cake before coming down.
  • Why can't i choose the date or time?
    If a certain date/time is greyed out, it means that the product is not available for that date or it has passed the cut-off time. The cut-off time are as follows: Cake Collection: Orders must be placed 2 days before (e.g. order by Saturday, 2359 for Monday). Do whatsapp us if you had missed the cut off time. We will do our best :)
  • Do you provide candles or cake knife?
    Yes we do provide maximum of 6 gold candles and a disposable cake knife set.
  • Are you halal-certified?
    We are not halal certified at the moment, but we strictly do not use any pork, lard, or alcohol products in our entire kitchen. Gelatin used, if any, is halal certified.
  • What are the modes of payment?
    We accept cash, bank transfer or paynow for all orders.
  • What is the serving size for 6-inch and 8-inch cakes?
    Our 6-inch cakes typically serve about 6-8 people, making them perfect for small gatherings or intimate celebrations. Our 8-inch cakes usually serve around 8-12 people, ideal for medium-sized events. Serving sizes can vary based on how large or small you cut the slices, so these are general guidelines to help with your planning. We also offer 10-inch cakes and 12-inch cakes. Please chat with us for more informations.
  • Can i do self collection?
    Choose to pickup your order from our boutique during our operating hours when checking out your order. Please let us have your order confirmation email when collecting your cake.
  • How much is your delivery charges?
    Enjoy free islandwide delivery with above $120 spendings. $10 island-wide except for (Sentosa & Tuas - additional $20 applies) 2 Time slots: 10AM - 4PM, 4PM - 10PM (Tues to Sun) All orders are arranged to arrive within the chosen time slot. We are unable to arrange the delivery to arrive at a specific time (eg. at 2pm). We're not liable and will not accept any responsibilities for deliveries. We will advice you to self collect as much as possible. . For deliveries to hotels, shopping malls, and other restricted zones, the cake would have to be strictly collected from the main lobby or nearest pick up point by default. If you wish for delivery directly to the room or restaurant, please write in to inform us. A surcharge of $10 (excludes GST) would apply
  • What happens if i am not around during delivery?
    Our deliveryman would call or text you if no one answers the door upon delivery. Please ensure that you are contactable and have arranged for someone to receive the cake. A 10 minute waiting period will apply. Failure to do so would result in the cake being brought back to the studio. You may choose to self collect or opt for re-delivery ($15 and subjected to availability).
  • Someone is collecting the cake on my behalf, what should the person take note of?
    Do ensure that the person is aware of your invoice number, name and contact as the cake has to be signed off to acknowledge upon receiving.
  • Do you include a physical receipts with my order?
    Yes, we will only provide a physical receipt upon request.
  • How do i store my cake?
    Refrigerate till just before serving. Refrigerate within 1 hour after collection.
  • Do you provide dry ice or ice packs?
    No, we do not provide dry ice or ice packs.
